Payment timing
Payment is made when the booking procedure is completed.
Delivery of services
Provided on the festival date stated on each experience package. Where pre-event lectures etc. are included, details are sent after the booking is confirmed. For request-based anytime experiences, the service is provided on a date finalized with the organizer based on your preferred date.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations by the participant: full refund up to 14 days before the festival date; 50% refund from 13 to 7 days before; no refund from 6 days before the festival. If the festival itself is cancelled, or its dates change and you can no longer attend, the full amount is refunded. Request-based anytime experiences can be cancelled with a full refund until the date is finalized, and are refunded in full if no date can be arranged (after the date is fixed, the above rules apply with the fixed date as the festival date). Refunds are made to the credit card used for payment.
